We completed assessment visits to Ailwyn Hall on 28 January 2025, 29 January 2025 and 03 February 2025. We began our assessment due to ongoing risks we had identified within the service. We gave our feedback to the service on 28 February 2025. This is a care home for up to 41 people with dementia. At the time of our assessment 39 people were living at the service. The last rating of the service was good (published 17 April 2021). At this assessment the rating has changed to requires improvement.
