At the time of the inspection there were 33 people living at the service.We visited the service on 8 and 9 September and 30 October 2025. During this assessment, we looked at all quality statements.
What residents and families say
One person told us, “[Staff are] always polite.
One person said, “I’ve never been taken out by a staff member, why can’t I just sit in the garden? I feel like a prisoner here”.
Relatives told us the registered manager was responsive and dealt with complaints well.
