Date of assessment 15 September to 3 October 2025. Castleford Lodge provides accommodation for up to 60 older people who require nursing or personal care, some of whom may be living with dementia. At the time of our assessment 55 people were living at the service. A responsive assessment was carried out to review the service following concerns received. During our first site visit on 15 September, some call bell systems were not working.
