What residents and families say
People told us staff were responsive but not all people and relatives felt they were supported to enjoy hobbies, interests and everyday activities.
People told us there was little of interest to do in the daytime.
People said the manager actively engaged with them during resident meetings to hear their feedback about how the service could improve.
