Date of assessment: 10 February 2025 to 5 March 2025. We carried out an inspection due to the length of time since our last inspection of the service. Friary House is a residential home providing support to older people who may be living with dementia. When we assessed, there were 16 people using the service. At this assessment we identified 5 breaches of the legal regulations relating to person-centred care, safe care and treatment, safeguarding, good governance and staffing.
