We completed this assessment after receiving whistleblowing concerns about staffing, risk management, culture and management of the service.

“There’s a lot of agency people and they’re not regular here. It’s always someone different so they don’t know me as well as the permanent staff. It means you have to wait sometimes if they’re busy.”
