Date of Assessment: 10 September to 26 September 2025. The service is a care home with nursing which provides personal care to adults, some of whom were living with dementia or physical disabilities. At the time of our inspection 40 people lived at the service. We assessed and inspected the service due to the length of time since the last assessment. We carried out a comprehensive assessment and inspection of the service covering all 5 key questions and all quality statements.
