Date of assessment 30 October 2025 to 9 December 2025. The onsite and offsite inspection commenced due to CQC receiving concerns. Staff were recruited safely, received training and supervisions. Staff managed people’s medicines safely. People’s needs were assessed and care and treatment was delivered in line with their needs. People’s dignity and ability to make choices were respected, and independence was promoted.
