We carried out our on-site assessment on 23 and 24 September 2024, off site assessment activity started on 25 September 2024 and ended on 4 October 2024. Ivy Court provides accommodation for people who require nursing or personal care for up to 71 people. The service provides support to older people, including people who are living with dementia and who can present with anxious and distressed behaviours which may impact on others. The service is divided into 4 separate units over two floors.
