At the time of our visit, 14 people were using the service. We spoke with 9 people, 11 staff and received feedback from 4 health and social care professionals. We carried out our on-site inspection on 10 April 2024, off site assessment activity started on 11 April 2024 and ended on 25 April 2024.

People told us they were listened to, they were supported to make choices and were involved in decision making about their care and support and were asked for feedback regularly.
People told us staff were kind and caring, they were patient and treated them as individuals and in line with their preferences.
