We completed our on-site assessment visit on 18 December 2023, off site activity was completed on 18 and 19 December 2023. We looked at 5 quality statements; Safeguarding; Involving people to manage risks; Safe and effective staffing; Independence, choice and control and Equity in experiences and outcomes. The service provided safe and effective care and support to people.
