Date of assessment 9 to 28 May 2024. We carried out an unannounced visit on 9 May and another announced visit on 28 May 2024. Rendlesham Care Centre is a purpose-built care home. It is registered to support 60 people. At the time of our inspection there were 56 people living in the service. We carried out this assessment in response to indications of risk.
