Following this assessment the service has received a rating of good for all quality statements assessed.
What residents and families say
People told us the care was good and they had no concerns.
People told us they could speak to the manager at any time, and said staff knew how to keep them safe, for example people used mobile phones and signed in and out of the home to ensure staff knew who was in the home at any time.
People said they had participated in their care planning needs and met with the manager to update these as needed.
