Date of assessment 22 May 2024 to 18 June 2024. We found three breaches of the legal regulations in relation to safe care and treatment, staffing and governance. Staff did not always assess risks to people's health and safety or mitigate them where identified. Medicines were not stored safely. Environmental risks were not consistently managed, and staff did not receive the support and supervision they needed.
