Date of Assessment: 9 April to 25 April 2025. Seven Arches Nursing Home is a nursing home providing personal and nursing care to 25 people aged 65 and over at the time of the assessment. The service can support up to 30 people in one adapted building. On the first day of the assessment, we found concerns related to infection control, risk, medicines, consent to care and treatment and governance.
