Date of Assessment: 7 August to 5 September. The service is a nursing home providing support, personal care and accommodation for up to 29 adults. At the time of our inspection, 28 people were using the service. We rated this service as good overall. The provider had a good learning culture and people could raise concerns. Staff understood and managed risks. The facilities and equipment met people’s needs, were clean and well-maintained and risks mitigated.
