Silverleigh provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for up to 65 people. At the time of our visit there were 55 people using the service. The service provides care and support to older people, who may also have a physical disability, mental health needs or a dementia type illness.We carried out this assessment partly due to concerns we received regarding the care and support people received and staffing levels. Dates of Assessment were 30 October 2025 to 17 November 2025.
