About St Annes Residential Care Home
Date of assessment: 9 December to 15 December 2025. St Annes Residential Care Home is a care home registered to support up to 19 people, with a variety of physical health needs. At the time of our assessment there were 16 people living at the service. This assessment was due to the care home being under new ownership and therefore not having a rating. Under previous ownership, breaches of regulation had been identified and as such we needed to ensure these matters had now been addressed.
