Date of Assessment: – 12 May – 27 May 2025. Whittle Hall Care Home Residence is a care home with nursing and provides accommodation and personal care for up to 74 people. At the time of the assessment 71 people were living at the home. We carried out a site visit to the home on 12 May 2025, with the remainder of the assessment being conducted offsite. The assessment was prompted in part due to concerns received about people’s safety. A decision was made for us to inspect and examine those risks.
