Chase Park Neuro Service provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for up to 60 people aged 18 and over, some of whom were living with a neurological condition. At the time of our assessment there were 54 people using the service. This assessment was undertaken partly due to concerns received about the service in relation to the quality of care and effectiveness of management.
