Jericho Lodge is a residential care home providing personal care and support to people of all ages with mental health care conditions and needs. At the time of our assessment 3 men were living at the care home including, an autistic person and someone who was living with dementia. We undertook this unannounced responsive assessment because we received information of concern about staffing levels at the care home.
