One relative commented, “The staff team had to deal with some challenging behaviour, but they managed everything and moved on.
Relatives told us that staff had the knowledge, skills, and experience to meet people’s needs effectively.
“My loved one is safe, and they looked after their health. The staff team know who and what they liked.”
