This assessment was carried out to follow up on action we told the provider to take at the last assessment.

People told us they saw visiting health professionals to help maintain their overall health and wellbeing.
Relatives told us their family member was safe and supported by staff who were responsive to any changes in how they presented.
Relatives told us they were included and updated in their family member’s care although not everyone was aware of or knew of a care plan and how they could influence what it contained.
