Date of assessment 11 November 2025. We announced our visit to the provider, to ensure they could prepare people for our visit. Tottle Brook House is a purpose-built service, with people living in their own flatlets on site. The service has shared communal facilities, and an accessible, well maintained garden area. The service is registered to provide accommodation with personal care, for a maximum of 5 people. On the date of our assessment, 5 people were living at Tottle Brook House.

What residents and families say

People told us staff knew them well and they got to do the things they enjoyed, for example, one person said, “I like walking every day and I like cooking stir fry and bolognaise are my favourites.
People told us staff understood them as an individual, and celebrated their skills, achievements and goals.
People told us they were fully engaged as partners in their care planning, and supported with creating, meaningful, person centred support plans.
