Date of assessment: 3 and 5 June 2025. We assessed the service to follow up concerns found at our previous inspection visit, where we identified 6 breaches relating to Need for consent, Infection Control Issues, Medicines, Equipment, Premises, Assessment of risk, Good governance, Staffing, Fit and proper persons employed and Duty of Candour.The provider demonstrated improvements that have been made in all these areas. This service has been in Special Measures since 12 March 2025.
